A leadership style in which create and sustain a vision for an organization, nation or country. 

Visionary leadership comes from something boiling inside. It is a vision that gives wings to cross hurtles. What I like about this is that visionary leaders take people on the journey, because the vision is so clearly articulated and transmitted that it becomes anybody else's vision. Inspiration, communication and empathy are essential to boost others and engage them towards making that vision a real and tangible achievement.
