Being concerned about the self is human tendency. By encouraging team interactions and supporting team bonding activities , we can turn individual thinking team members into an well organized unit.
Keep them on the objectives whey have been hired and how their will be survival if they do not comply on the contact. As well as address the issues accordingly when they comes but keep their focus of the job objectives and reality for their survival. Same time, maintain their motivation through rewards, appreciation and incentives where applicable.
