It depends on your students needs and their learning styles and preferences. There is no one single method that is considered to be the best method. As a learner, I prefer the grammar translation approach and method.
it is related to the student' s level and needs,and for which methods the students react, motivate and enjoy. you must first explain the grammar rule of the lesson during5 to min using the traditional method and than sharing the students practice exercises and activities prepared before (worksheet - practice the grammar rule using speak between two - practice exercises with different structures..)
1. Contextualization.
2. Students' practice of the target learning objective.
3. Elicitation of as many responses as possible from students on the language item to be explained.
4. Minimizing teacher talking time (TTT).
