You are working in a good company with the best Team from A to Z, But often salaries are delayed , what is your decision? Stay or leave?

Working envoirnment depends with reputation / Goodwill of the company as well as managing team.If both are satisfied then Salary delay is not at all a issue.As he knows the reason for delay,as he is a part of the company.Ofcource it will not happen always but some time & it is compromisable.

As confirmed in your question that  a good company and team work . Both are excellent features and characteristics to make anyone thinking  too much before taking a decision to leave.  My point of view to stay and open dialogue and discussion with Company Management to know the real reasons behind this delay. I think this issue is possible to be settled with Company Management after your work hard and co-operative with a team to reach the target and improving the financial situation of the company.
