Advantages of transfer payment:

1. Time savings Transfer payment takes a few minutes, while check payment may take several days. Also, you will not waste your time waiting in lines at a bank or post office in transfer payment.2. Reduced risk of loss and theft You can not forget your virtual wallet somewhere and it can not be taken away by robbers. 3. User-friendly Usually every service is designed to reach the widest possible audience, so it has the intuitively understandable user interface. In addition, there is always the opportunity to submit a question to a support team, which often works 24/7. Anyway you can always get an answer using the forums on the subject. 4. Convenience All the transfers can be performed at any time, anywhere. It's enough to have an access to the Internet.

I personally think that it is always better to pay by check, for one, it is safer, easy to process and you will have no problem while payment is in process.

As for the Transfers, it can be done when a payment is urgent because a lot of companies require time to process their cheques. It will cost some money for the charge that the bank takes, it can cause some problems to reflect in the receivers account, so it is for sure more expensive then the check but sometimes mandatory.

It depends on the situation  . As a quick mode of payment, international transactions are paid  by bank transfer. For local payments  we use either  cheques or  bank transfer as per the preference of the supplier.

Most of them are paid through cheques. Bank transfers are preferred for foreign transactions.

Transaction may happen in both ways either by check or through Bank transfer. It also depends on supplier requirement. Preferable mode of payment is bank transfer as the fastest way.
