Do you work for money, passion or both?

Most people only work for maoney and they don't care about the field they are working in; and some people only work for Passion and they dont care how much they are earning. Most of the people make a perfect blend of Passion and Money and they find a dream job. Who do you work for?

ii believe that all work for passion , and passion leads you for the true reason , as if i have passion about HR i will care to work in very good HR environment and may accept low salary if i will learn ...etc , others work and have passion for money so they will work anything give him money , others have passion to be famous or just to have good title just to keep his image beside society , so its all about passion which is different from person to other

No one works for passion only but there are people who work for money only. And there are people who work for the sake of not staying home and jobless. For me, am trying to create the passion in my current job till I am able to work in my dream job. The point is if I got my dream job with less salary I will go for it because I know that I can do my best and be smith in that field.

A blend of the two is a master piece but more  often than not our morale is killed when one is over empasised at the expense of the other. There are times when you find in a working environment  passion is preached daily but the renumeration doesn't tally with this preaching.Personally l find  passion a pre-requisite for successful accomplishment of one's work.Lack of it means one almost always complains about everything about the work,no matter how negligable it may be.

Both.

For sure most of people work for money (you think they do volunteering in their companies) ?!

Nowadays i don't think there is to many people who work for passion, just because they don't have anything else better to do...and they disregard the financial side...However ideally for me would be make money from my passion !!

I work to provide a quality of life for me and my family, however, I would never stay in a position that I gained no satisfaction in.  Fortunately I have enjoyed every position I have ever been in, I just love variety and new challenges so I must have passion too.

Everyone works for the money .. but there is no objection to the presence of passion as well with the presence of an abundance of money...
