Each tender will initially be assessed to determine if it complies with all requirements of the tender document like:

. Complies with all conditions of participation.. Tender meets all mandatory requirements.. Documents are signed as required

If the tender pass the initial compliance check then it will proceed to tender selection criteria like Technical qualification of proposal which include capability of tenderer, experience, relevant skills, quality assurance and financial viability.

After the technical qualificaiton, the tender will be assess on comercial and other basis like maitenance and running cost, warranty, HSE, disposal value, payment term etc.

Once the evaluation process is complete, a tenderer will be selected, and notified of their successful tender.

As from my experience the Tender Committee evaluates tenders on the following:

  • Commercial Tender
  • Technical Tender
  • Tenderer experience in that or another field

The requirements may differ from Tender to Tender, and usually its required to provide a lot of information about the company with the documentations/supportive documents.
