First of all- I would ask why was it refused ( what are the reasons). Constructive discussion will reveal the reasons and show whether the manager is opposing it because he is not very open for new ideas or maybe he just needs more explanation of why and how the idea would benefit the company.
Second of all- we need to remember, that not all of our ideas can be supported and executed at this exact time of presenting it, however they may - in the near future, though we should not give up on those that we truly believe in.
This happened to me already
Where I had worked hard in the work of a new marketing idea in the field of sales within my company I have studied the idea very well before doing my writing and presented to the managers .... and worked a detailed study of the idea and how to implement them and the extent of profit and loss that will accrue to the company from these The idea
But after a discussion about that idea was rejected because it will be overwrought financially to the company in a period of recession experienced by the market
Accordingly it respected the standpoint of directors and I accepted their rejection of the idea of all the professional
This is professionalism at work and accept others thought
New ideas are the major factor in kaizen principle, aJapanese business philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices.
However not all new ideas are good ideas, a new idea should be considered and adopted, if it contributes to improvement in safety, productivity and profit.
Show your manager how your idea will contribute to the above three drivers, and ask your manager on how to improve on your idea; most likely when a manager contribute to an idea it will be adopted.
I will frame my suggestions in terms of how it might help my boss. Here’s what matters to my boss: improving how your team performs, generating more revenue, or simply making your boss look good.
I Should give him/her full description of the idea and also examples from another companies if there is some tried and succeeded. I should also explain to him/her what success would it bring to the company if applied. And finally give him/her enough time to study it carefully before he/she makes any quick decision.
New ideas can lead to all kinds of good things, so you need to be prepared with answers to the questions that will be on you manager’s mind. You need to find answers for example: How is your idea going to contribute in the business success and what is the cost/benefit, and finally, what do you need to make it happen.
First of all, I have to be sure that my suggestion/idea will meet my Boss goals and I have to explain it in a very clear way concentrating on the benefits behind my suggestion and how it would be the better solution for achieving his goals.
In the meantime, everyone should select the suitable time to present his new ideas to his manager where he can listen to all the points and imagine how the idea can add value to his goals.
I will make him to know the specific target of the suggestion I made
Companies who are guilty of these bad customer service traits often face negative consequences -- many of which are difficult to overcome and can lead to the company's failure.
i will use many different ways to convince hem , i will never stop telling him my opinion as far as i see it's really dangerous , but i have to respect him, so by polite and smart way .
