For a positive work place there should be free communication amongst corporate hierchies and inter departments. Secondly employees inputs should be encouraged in decision making because person with hands on expeirence with the job will have more input in positive changes which can increase the productivity and welfare of employees. The top management should address the issue of meeting once a month and discuss about the welfare of other levels of management.
