Actually Both B and C are correct. Critical Path activities have the greatest risk.

 

I shall choose C, because it is in detail that B.

It depends. Few of the activities may require additional resources to be deployed while few of them requires stretched targets. Either the case, the management decision shall be given with utmost priority and ensure no penalty payments become due or payable.
