In any industry by applying1.Power Redundancy2.Device Redundancy3.Link Redundancy we can overcome faults and make network reliable. When meeting SLA's (Service Level Agreements) we can use link/route redundancy techniques in Router&Switch such as HSRP,VRRP,GLBP and floating static routes,STP for Loop avoidance and then use IP SLA operations to monitor the links. Thorough Upkeeping and maintance of devices,Cables,Power should be done.
