I think that usual and fabricated hr interviews are in no way helpful in discovering true talent in any job. They simply choose candidates that can be easily manipulated and can be obedient to most companies. Even if they search for managers they seek those who have less strong personalities. A true talent cannot be manipulated at no cost. It needs a proper manager to discover it and let it flourish through the daily tasks given. So I believe that no matter how much companies may need talented people , without an in house hr department and good managers they cannot either look nor invest on them.

The only way to discover talented people is specialized venues that are done by the companies who invest in talents or some big hr agencies . In such venues there are tests and cases solved by candidates and are taking place within a month period usually for four consecutive weekends. This way experts can have the appropriate time to find who is talented at the end of the venue, because only time is the best judge . No modern hr technique with prefabricated tests can find a talent fast, at least nowadays.
