Yes it is. Collaborative learning refers to methodologies and environments in which learners engage in a common task where each individual depends on and is accountable to each other.

Engaging is a priority to build communication bridges and facilitate the transfer of new knowledge and skills.

 

If it is a training then the objective of the training will determine whether collaborative style is required or not.

 

If it is a team meeting then collaborative style is a must as there is no team without collaboration and sharing the same goal. Additionally, peer-peer learning is one of the most powerful learning tools.
