Well, it depends... If you were seeking for a qualitative training only, recruit for a freelancing trainer; It's faster, cheaper, manageable and easy to control.

Training agencies might provide you with the same trainer, but they might also enhance the value of training through their accreditation which might be stamped on their certificates. Therefor, it will be a bit more complicated to go for signing an agreement with training agencies and more costly for sure.

In both plans, create your smart work contract that insures you the level of which you expect at the terms of training and/ or other escort services that have been purchased at the same deal.

I do support the answer of our colleague "Dema", as it depends on the the organization's requirements and objectives from the training.

It depends on your resources If you company resources are limited in terms of the budget go for Freelancer if capital is not a problem go for training service company. Because trainer who works for training service company charge a higher rate than a freelancer. One need to check Trainer profile first if both of them has same training experience I think there is nothing wrong to go with a freelancer to minimize the cost.

I would say hire someone with a background of Training that person has a mindset already. But having said that we must make sure that we set the standards based on our individual company needs from the start of the On boarding of this new hire

It depends who is going to deliver the higher value measured as the training outcome. Soft skills can be trained better by freelancers while specific technical training can be better trained by specialised service training agencies with special experience in the same field or industry.

It's better to hire freelance trainers for any short term needs.

But for any long term needs of the organization, it is highly preferred to choose trainers that work for a training service company.

Its very much dependent on the company needs however hiring an in-house trainer ensures that the trainer gets a chance to study, interact with the teams and to tailor make training sessions depending on company needs at hand. An external trainer may not necessarily be able to achieve the same as they will mainly bring a broad spectrum of what works in general as opposed to what can work in the specif industry at specific times

This is different, I find, with some trainings, the company needs to get expert from outside, because sometimes the external trainer can assess the situation differently from one's own company, and for the employee is easier to hear the advice of an impartial

It depends on the type of trainer not where they come from...............
