When you work in a place like an international company or organization, you will have to deal with different colleagues from diverse background. The key to be successful with dealing with everyone is t to respect their cultural, do not be judgemmental and to be neutral.

The biggest challenge I faced when dealing with colleagues is definitely their attitude, people have differences on how to cooperate, communicate and deals with people, they varies on their opinion, views and comments which sometimes affect the smooth flow of a project or task. Handling this kind of people will be start also with you , you must have a long patience as well as implementing professionalism whatever instances will take place.
