What are the pillars on which human development is measured?

There are six basic pillars of human development:

equity

sustainability

productivity

empowerment

cooperation

security.

Skills.

Personality.

Education.

Interests. 

Goals.

When it comes to employee development I would go with the following pillars:

Trust, Recognition, Empowerment, and Development.

No specific order for these pillars and the most important the Trust.

Knowledge

Equity

Cooperation

Sustainability

Productivity

Safety and Security

being Initiative as a human

Work environment

some are mine and some are Google ones

4) Work & Family balance

5) Adaptive Nature

Number one  pillar  for   any  human  development  is education. If  a  person  is really  educated,  he  would have a  permanent  change  in  behavior and  understanding. So  he  would  not have  problems with  improving the  other  pillars...

• Equity is the idea of fairness for every person, between men and women; we each have the right to an education and health care.
• Sustainability is the view that we all have the right to earn a living that can sustain our lives and have access to a more even distribution of goods.
• Productivity states the full participation of people in the process of income generation. This also means that the government needs more efficient social programs for its people.
• Empowerment is the freedom of the people to influence development and decisions that affect their lives.
• Cooperation stipulates participation and belonging to communities and groups as a means of mutual enrichment and a source of social meaning.
• Security offers people development opportunities freely and safely with confidence that they will not disappear suddenly in the future.[

simple respect and help each other

It's quite simple, the pillars of human development are 

1. Social Maturity. With time it's expected from us to mature and be able to work with other human beings and to communicate

2. Competence. To create order with time and with practice, that's what humanity always strives for and this is where competence comes in to learn to create and maintain order in our lives.

3. Wisdom. The ability to obtain knowledge through our lives and be able to learn from it so that we can model our lives to be better is something priceless
