How communication gap brings problems in a team and what are its impacts on organization?

A lot of problems in the world would disappear if we talk to each other, instead of about each other!

At work, generational differences can affect everything, including recruiting, building teams, dealing with change, motivating, managing, and maintaining and increasing productivity. Think of how generational differences, relative to how people communicate, might affect misunderstandings, high employee turnover, difficulty in attracting employees and gaining employee commitment and engagement. Research indicates that people communicate based on their generational backgrounds. Each generation has distinct attitudes, behaviors, expectations, habits and motivational buttons. Learning how to communicate with the different generations can eliminate many major confrontations and misunderstandings in the workplace and the world of business.

Communication gap will cause badly in-cooperation and In-coordination  between team members, consequently will be the main reason for unable for achieving required objectives.

Communication gap will have huge impact on the performance of the team as well as individual, which will definitely result into overall company performance on sales, revenue, profitability, employee retention etc. And finally may lead to the closer of the company.

It’s not gap within team which impacts the performance but also communication gap created by managers and management.

Actually, communication gap can have various reasons.  Not understanding the language or message, negative body language, not communicating in time, over communicating, under communicating. Etc…

So it’s very critical to have no communication gap and message should be delivered to the desired person, at desired time and place.

Almost all issues resulting from poor communication and the responsibility rely on the managers

so this can affect the organization general performance at the end 

communication gap, destroys team! like I don't think you 're even qualified as a team with out 'communication' between team members

Whenever any task depends on a team work than coordination must be observed sincerely to achieve the required goal. If there will be a gap in any way, than the team out put will be affected badly and Organization will have to pay for that in the shape of their reputation and financial losses.

it is Impossible to acheive organizational Goal without communicate with team workers.

First of all, Teamwork offers advantages such as increased productivity, a heightened sense of morale and improved staff efficiency. One of the key elements in creating a good team is proper communication.Poor communication within a team will cause misunderstandings that lead to internal conflicts.

1. Communication gap is inversely proportional to team performance
2. If there is lot of miscommunication or communication gap, overall performance of the team goes down drastically
3. Team / Organization productivity can be enhanced by reducing the communication gaps.This can be achieved only through transparent communication mechanism/ process

Communication gap is inevitable in every company unless it properly address and resolve. Yet it will create great impact in working environment and team working would be lost  its energy to comply the tasks including target will be put in agony and struggle.
