This addiction is from the 20th century and it has expanded so grossly even human cannot control. The innovations are growing as the people in the world is growing towards the generation of technology. We can only cure if we socialize like olden days, i mean back to past times.

Yes, mobile addiction do exist. I myself was a mobile addict. There is no specific cure for it, but your habits can help you get rid of it. Here goes a few tips below:

1.  Try to go out a hangout with friends often

2. Try not to post or involve into everything you find on the social networks.3. Take a break!! sign out of social media accounts for a week or so, no issues on clicking pictures and recording stuff.4. Try to sign out frequently after you use any social networks, so that their notifications wont drag your attention to your mobile phone.

5. Play video games/ computer games/ sports

6. Reading books might be boring, so what inspirational films.

Hope that helps. Best of luck.
