From my personal experience, I would say to go with Amazon (AWS) as they have services for different use cases. They have the largest share in the Cloud market.  It also depends on your use case or application architecture and skill set in your team.

My choice of recommendation as per order:

1. Amazon (AWS)

2. Google

3. Microsoft

It depends on many factors, your current environment, your objective from moving to Iaas.

for example, if you are just starting new resources in Iaas then you can go with the cheapest, but if you are migrating from existing Virtual environment, then you need to consider the challenges that you might face during the migration or if planning to expand your current environment. and chose the vendor will be more flexible for your environment, in terms of management, integration and etc.

Its the AWS that has the large market share, Google GCP is one that is catching up to the market.

I would recommend GCP for a mid range user base of (50-150), GCP has great enhanced range of cloud services and also has a great support.

if you already have the strong and proper HW, keep all in your house.

the only reason for having SERVERS on cloud is to be international and looking for decentralization with keeping your all info and systems available no mattar what. the other reason is if you are not welling to invest and want to have all with decent partnership fees.

I would have to say Azure since most small companies will be using Microsoft technology.

AWS is solution for the mid range enterpise for IAAS/PAAS specially. For SAAS we can have other option and also need more specification to be assesed.

AWS is no 1 in providing the cloud computing solution.

Windows Deployment Services is a server role that gives administrators the ability to deploy Windowsoperating systems remotely. WDS can be used for network-based installations to set up new computers so administrators do not have to directly install each operating system (OS).
