Consistency.

Sure, you need a good product at a good price.  (And good customer service, if appropriate.)   And yes of course, as the world changes you may - or may  not - need to improve or develop that product.   You'll almost certainly have to develop the manufacturing process.

But as to the product itself?  It may change, but it must be consistent.  Reliable.

Building a customer loyalty must be the most important goal for any institution and it could be achieve in a long term strategy that aim to not only sell products to customer once but to make sure that they will come back. Companies can use CRM in order to know their customers in a better way and to determine what they like and dislike and what really interested them also companies must create a positive atmosphere for our customers as well as the employees to let them know they are part of our family which will make them comfortable when they come back and if any mistake occurs try as much as possible to not make the customer feel that what happen it his fault because even if you said no problem and told him not to worry he might never return as he might feel embarras
