In developed countries human labour cost is high in investing but in developing countries human labour cost is less expensive compared to developing countries Because in developing countries their is immensive needs and wants for each and every person .

Simply Cost and Profit. Let em explain - It is usually on scale of size far cheaper to relocate the call center to another country, and fly staff from "host country" to train and then interact via skype or technology. The end result is usually lower customer service levels, but over all the cost saving will over achieve and negative out "church" of those unsatisfied customers.

Today it is possible to have a 20 member support center located in a foreign country - in the past you may have had to be 5 times larger to justify the cost - but now it may be 5 times cheaper, so possible.
