in closed societies dominated by tradition, we see that men and women exist together in the public regions, malls, markets ,cinemas, restaurants.... But we see also that there are a big percent of teen and men that look to the women interesting on their bodies and also we see women, hijabi women and also women wearing nikhab who are interested on men and make eyes with them asking themselves if someone is interesting looking them... the bad sexual  views happened because men and women in these societies do not understand each other and not only because of bad moral

by putting the girls and boys together to learn, cooperate and study, help them to understand each other, their differences and their thinkings

I think if the class is mix between male and female students ,it will create the spirit of competition and who is the best between them.In Addition to that, this will encourage them to study and focus more.

The ancient Greek philosopher, Plato, said that Co-education creates a feeling of comradeship. He advocated teaching of both the male and female sexes in the same institution without showing any discrimination in imparting education. 'A strong reason for co-education is that separating children for a number of years means they will not be mixing and learning about each other.' - Professor Simon Baron-Cohen, Professor of Developmental Psychopathology at the University of Cambridge and Fellow at Trinity College, Cambridge. ‘There are no overriding advantages for single-sex schools on educational grounds. Studies all over the world have failed to detect any major differences.' - Professor Alan Smithers, director of education and employment research at the University of Buckingham.

Male and Female Students should not be split while they are in the class room  because their all round development can be fulfilled .They can feel that there is no gender discrimination between male and female . It is very much effective during adolescent period and post adolescent.

It depends on the expectations of the students and the institution. I have experience in co-educational and women-only classrooms and have found both to be effective as long as the expectations in women-only classrooms are not lowered and as long as there are clear expectations for engagement and respect in co-educational classrooms.

No. The main aim of the teacher should be control the students by the teaching and if the teaching is effective, discipline and respect comes automatically

Teach the gender respect, and not the gender distance. So students value humans and dont develop a new medium between them. Thanks

Splitting Males from Females depends on the policy and culture of a country, but there is no need of splitting them because now days it is approved that no profession one can do while another one can not. The performance or competency will depend on capacity of individual and the role of trainer to facilitate him or her achieve the intended outcome

Based on my observation, there is more esteem in  a mixed class. Some schools here in our country which used to be Boys high or Girls high resorted to mixed classes because of the main reason, more students leave the school. Relating with the opposite sex casts away inferiority and indifference. It also has something to do with religiosity and tradition.
