Are you satisfied with the current salary and your career situation or feel oppressed?

I am not satisfied with with my current salary but I am satisfied with my job and employer as I am free like a bird in my department to work and to express my ideas. I have a very good opportunity to grow with my company. And I have good respect and acceptance in my company.
