Working conditions  means appropriate physical facilities (like office layout, appropriate temperature, required office tools, ventilation, recreation and canteen etc) team support, regular payment of salary and  other benefits. good communication from top to bottom, possibility of career growth and reward for hard works. 

 

Working conditions has positive correlation with productivity.

I do believe that it is  a "Positively Relationship" i.e when a an excellent working conditions are afforded by the organization or what we can call "The Internal work Environment", that will be reflected positively on the employees productivity.

Its a direct inversely proportionate relationship- in that once the working conditions are good, high productivity is mostly likely to be achieved; on the other hand, if the working conditions are poor then low productivity is most likely to be achieved. Thanks for the invitation
