For a cloud application which programming language is better & why?1- PHP2- Python3- Dot net. See first thing all programme can develop cloud application. Now question comes which is best. Direct answer is all are best now its depends on programmer if programmer are weak then of course all going to be weak. You need to find the person who is best on one.

No programming script it self powerful or weak. Like Bruce Lee said 'I am not afraid with the person who have done thousand things at many but i am afraid of who have done same thing thousand times'. Same thing apply to programming. None of them are best then each other because its has it's own value in it's own plac

php have ewasy to get cloud hosting and most of the the world using php now days But that does not make php best. java is more powerful, python and ASP.

ASP .Net is active server page framework like Laravel in php and jquery in JavaScript.

Programmer and programming makes something powerful.

Hosting cost is differnt for each where php hosting you can get in low budget.

In conclusion it depends on programmer.
