no doubt that both are totally different however if person has the leadership personality, he can develop him self easily to be a leader such as CArlos monem, Donald Trump, and many of them

even if they don't have the political experience but they still have dozens of consultants whom will comver any weakness points

Yes because good bosses can lead a team with good heart and good ways and leading from the front but no if the boss is not leading from the front and doing wrong things.

A Company is like a state, in present scenario in multinational organizations, it's really like a state. If a person can run a large enterprise successfully, it's certain that he can Run a state wisely too.

Definitely yes. A country leader should show traits that are relevant in both country or business management. The common denominator for both is the ability to have a vision and to share it in a way that people would want to follow regardless of difficulties or investment to be made. A good business leader doesn't necessarily do things but engage and inspire others to do them; it is the same with a country leader who relies on ministers and other government reps to make the vision happening.

yes i do because , a country leader will need his negotiating skills just like a business leader do , he need to study and  analyse fiscal constraints that faces his government just like a business leader , he needs to persuade his adversaries to support him in  political decisions just like a business leader would need to sell a merger with an other company that both companies would benefit from.
