Do we really need to remove the newly paved asphalt just because the client had a random check and found out temp. went down to 50C at time of paving?

For HMA, said temperature is too low.. In my opinion paving shall not be continued at this temperature.. precaution is always better than rectification.. However if the work is already done we can check the achieved compaction and In-situ air voids through Asphalt cores, in addition to the cores IRI and oter test shall be performed as answered by Engr, Kareem Al Fayoumy

You can stablish a check metod process to ensure that the paved asphalt within specifications, the process of check must include core-test, IRI, moisture sensitivity, and hamburg wheel track test. Finally you have to make data interpretation for the results , so you can make a perfect decision
