What do you think of companies who share photos, on their website or social media, of their employees while they are working or celebrating at work?

I think Management should to ask employees before ( especially Females), and if they give their permission then photos can be published.

I think employers should obtain the permission of those employees before sharing their photos.

Its a cheaper way of adverts.

Pictures / Photos paints a thousand words its a direct link to consumer / customer.    

For a company show image tell people want the company into,the image project showing what they into, objective, aim,quality ,standard,Nature of th work and the policies. So the image is the way of marketing they product to customer

I think it depends company to company & employee to employee.

Share company activities and celebration though their websites nowadays became a common behavior.  It’s helps companies to attract the job seekers to the company.  Also colleagues must aware of that.

Agree with most of our colleagues, it is fine as long as employees single pre-approval has already been obtained. 

It's very impressive..................

The employees should be aware of it. Pictures give a lot of information indirectly therefore employees may be captured doing the right thing but will be interpreted in the wrong way.
