MS Office 2007 or Higher 2016, have made it very easy for us to go to the shortcuts.
1) First press Alt Key.
2) Then the continuation keys of the shortcut on the menubar are displayed.
3) We need to just keep along the shortcuts even into the submenus.
4) Practice makes perfcet. As you keep on practicing, based on your usage you will start remebering them.
