Yes I do, I spend a lot of time on planning, because it helps me get perspectives, generate more ideas, helps me find ways to maneuver around a certain dilemma or situation, if you keep on working without thinking you will waste a lot of time and you will always be struggling with mechanical and weak strategies and tactics.
