What should be the qualities of a good leader?

With melting what mentioned for me, a true leader is behaving modestly, avoiding company losses, proactively sacrificing for the team, admitting mistakes, resisting being likable and meeting detestation with respect.

Greetings, Leaders must have these qualities; integrity,compassion,Wisdom,Charisma and Guts. Based on my experienced ,My Aunt was a congresswoman before in one province their in the Philippines.She never loses in the electoral election for three consecutive terms.Because of those qualities she was adored by her constituents.I don't think it's different from business also because they have the school of Nursing where I graduated,and it's running fine.And she is consistent with those qualities.

According me a good leader must be rational , transformational, charismatic, motivative, well mannered and they should have ability to consider their employees as an asset not as just tool . They should also democratic because it is very important to ask employees views, ideas and suggestions to make an organization successful.

strong-willed.. Strong personality.. Knowledge.. Has a Good communication.. Great body language Motivational

In addition to the qualities you mentioned; which are:

Focus, Confidence, Integrity, Inspiration, Passion, Decisiveness, Communication

 

I should add: Honesty, Delegate, Commitment, Positive Attitude, creativity, and Approachable
