I believe by contextualizing the relationship; organizations that do business with customers should serve them and provide support in a way that is relevant to them. Technology is a tool that gives the possibility to know where the customer is, what he purchased, when he did and what problems occurred along the journey. Knowing every steps of the customer journey is how an organization can improve the relation with its customers. I dream about being able to having a direct and quick answer each time a new problem occurs with something I purchased and don't know how to fix.
It's an easy equation;Technology can create bridges between people far away from each other.
