I would do my best to help the customer without going out of my way. Further, I would refer the case to my colleague at work.
I will help the customer if I can and i will redirecting the request to my colleagues at work to make sure that assistance is better and provides the necessary information
I would assist the customer so as to make him happy especially if it's more of information related to products & services within my Organization. Further, I would call any of my colleagues at work so as to assist if it requires troubleshooting so as to make the customer overwhelmed at every touch point & advice him to always call into the call center for other enquires he or she might still have in future.
Of course I will help the customer. I can guide him to reach the person in charge of his case in the company. On the other hand, I will reach one of my teamwork to facilitate things for him.
Yes I can do my best ever for the customer any time.
Yes but it depends on the situation. Like if Im with vacation with family, I would answer some on his/her questions and I will tell them I can refer them of my other workmates who is on duty that time.
I would assist the customer with information and redirect the request to my colleagues at work and would reconfirm that the requirement of the customer is met in time .
For me in my current job in collection, if a customer call me to ask about any thing related to his account in my vacation i will answer him and give him the answer if i can or if it is need to check in our system i will tell him i will inform you sunday when i go to the company and check your account.
Yes, i would help him/her out provided the question is not regarding any sensitive information about the company. I would redirect it to the concerned team member.
There should be a work-life balance. I would politely answer general questions but not to the point of eating up all my time for the vacation. I could suggest a colleague that may immediately help the customer.
