Not unless she can provide a valid power of attorney that includes the activities of the customer.

Thanks for the invitation. Every company has a rule regarding giving out information of their customers or clients. They treat them as confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone. So I personally would not give any information about our clients.

If a customer authorized the company to disclose to his relatives - than yes. Otherwise no.

we are not share the  secreccy of the customer with the other custmer coz your relation is stand on trust if your trust break all the customers power and interest break.

Having been working as a customer service agent forever now, I would say it totally depends on the policy set by the company and the rules set by the account holder. If that suggest yes than we have to, If that suggest no, then we cant ..... as simple as that.
