Company should establish an SOP on credit card details access.  It should be only be accessed by  authorized persons in the company, for example only by the Accounts Dept.

By having a good relationship with customers or credit card holders, showing the same enthusiasm while the bankers gave credit card through out with customers when they use the credit card. Proper app and easy tracking methods to customers, giving genuine information of  charges and helps customers reduce the burden through proper followups and assistance.

This problem back for bank procedures ,that mean when the bank gives this credit card for their customers at least there are a information about this customer  That does not give credit card facilities by the question about his relationship with the bank? Is it a person who is committed to pay the monthly credit card payments? I do not support giving him the first of the company's deal with these facilities in payment, the first procedure in question about the source of the bank credit card Is this customer a confidence source or not.
