Definetly no. Arabic is one of the most used languages on earth but unfortunatly there's a big gap in internet content, we lack a lot in scientific, technical and medical articles. Research material is very primitive with unsufficient trusted sources, even wikipedia articles are not all translated and some partially translated, most sources that are available are just user blogs and forums. Search engines by keyword are just a disaster. In brief, this field needs a lot of investment and work to reach the average level.
