There is one thing that you can do that almost guarantees that your customer will want to come back and do business with you.  It’s more than just delivering amazing customer service.  It’s delivering amazing personalized customer service.

 

The goal is to create the personal touch.  This is engagement at a higher level.  In its simplest form it may be just using the customer’s name.  However, some companies – and industries – have seen such value in personalizing customer service that they’ve taken this concept to higher levels.

 

 

 

IF you just focus these 7 things and talk to yourself how? You will be able to do lot better and better and I bet you will be improving your skills on daily basis and going to be a star as well as you can customize your customer experience.

 

 

1-     Get to know your customer better 2-Look forward 3- Be responsible 4- Transparency is your friend. 5- Provide Value 6- Never say NO if you don’t know the answer. Say of course I will be happy to assist you and then magic words “Can/may I place you on hold? I will be back shortly like say anything which is putting a great positive impression on customer and never put customer on long holds. 7- Ask the right questions.
