2. Get paid service from Naukrigulf or other trustable job engine 

3. Keep sending your updated CV to all well-known insurance company

4. be bold , ask high salary 

5. put down your ideas , creative things in papers and post them in social media

for sure you will get your deserve designation...

You have to contact companies and visit directly to their offices. I think if you were a good then you should have a good contact list
