In my opinion, a person in the service industry should always have a smiling face meaning a friendly approach He / she also will need to have interpersonal skills, confidence, patience, attentiveness, being proactive, good communication skills, in depth knowledge of the product or services they are offering, positive outlook as well as interior, the willingness to learn and most importantly time management.
