I am in favor of unifying the charging ports to a standard one port.
yes, it will be a good step to do, as long as we need to control the VAS Telecom concurancy, but also to do that and keep the benificat the Telecom cmpanys need to be more orgnized.
I am in favor of unifying the charging ports to a standard one port. All the manufacturers of Andriod are on the same page except Apple, which always chooses the wrong and separate path. At some time in past, Europian union was considering banning iphones to be sold in EU because they are against what is the current standard. Instead of banning the sales, they urged Apple Inc to adopt standard port for all their products but they didn't listened.
The answer depends on what do you mean by unifying,here is my answer , if you mean the usb jack /port , yes i strongly encourage it. but if you mean the charger output rating , the simple answer would be no because the mobile's batteries vary in there capacities (AH rating) , so the maximum allowed charging current .
