I want to be a pawn . It may be small while considering power and value but it is the only one which doesn't retreat (move or fall back) at any cost until it reaches it destination . It is the only masterpiece which transforms into any other power.
I know may think of the Queen (power) or the King (pride) in terms of their strategy to play. However, my answer to this question would be the pawn. It's inspiring in the sense that:
1) A pawn only moves forward/cross: suggests to only move on in life, no matter what
2) If it reaches the opposite side of the board, remember it has struggled through different forces with different powers. It indicates the will to reach the goal no matter what.
3) And finally, when it does reach the opposite side, it gets promoted. It can choose to convert itself from a pawn with limited powers to anything from the captured pieces. As a metaphor, you finally get rewarded for all the struggle to reach the goal.
