Forming a team takes time, and members often go through recognizable stages as they change from being a collection of strangers to a united group with common goals.

3.norming stage:group stabilized
4.performing stage: group working actively
5.adjourning stage:task is completed

according to Tuckman (1965) there are five stages which are forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning but if the team is for a long period of time, we will assuming adjourning will not be needed.
