I do not really understand your question. Kindly explain it in detail. It is very hard to help you with the information provided.

There are many ways to connect remote buildings.

1)      Wireless connectivity (microwave, WiFi2.4 and5 GHz and etc)

2)      Fiber optic connections

3)      Connect via ISP network

And etc…

When we are taking about wireless connectivity there is no limitation between locations. It can go upto many Kilometres. Everything depends on transmit and receiving power of the devices you use.

Fiber optic connection also can be used for connecting many kilometres in distance. It also depends on devices we use in both ends.

ISP connections are the most commonly used methods to connect remote locations due to low cost and ease of maintenance. But there is a drawback as it has a limited bandwidth.
