The main obstacles of delegation process are:
1- The lake of tasks' definition that are delegated.
2- Improper choice to the right caliber.
3- Applying Micro- Management style by the delegator himself.
4- Failing in following up and control from the delegator's side.
Delegation is a positive strategy, if done with clear objectives and boundaries.
Egos, Departmental authority issues, Office politics.
Lack of leadership and managerial capabilities and failure to understand the bigger picture of delegation.
