In your opinion the upgrade of the top corporate positions should be based on age or years of experience or scientific Degrees workers ?

All contribute the value to the position. Experience will bring the diversified knowledge from hand on experience. Academic degree will provide the dynamic thinking ability and problem solving solutions from updated studies. Age is coupled with experience and both will go together unless physically unfit. 

It should be based on how you have delivered against what you have been asked.

- Degrees show a level of education and not necessarily a guarantee for success

- Years of experience show how long you have been doing it, not necessarily an indicator of how successful one might have been in those years.

In short, you should be rewarded appropriately for the role you have performed.

it all depends on the description of the job. However, Age, experience and degree complete each other but I do believe that age & experience should come first then the degree. Lots of top positions are occupied by people who barely have a degree but they got this post because of their productivity and experience. Age is important as it is a motivation to get the experience. it is the movement to look after the info. the degree is the implementation of the job.

First and foremost - it must be based on professionalism.

Scientific degrees in the first place, then years of experiments and lastly age
