Depends which country are you speaking from

these trainings are more or less from each other in both fields depending on where you are and the environment and culture around you

Yes. Police officers/security officers must have enough training because it is their duty and responsibility to protect lives and properties.

There is no question or doubt in quality of professional training imparted to the law enforcement organizations; however, there is a certain lack of communication or delegation of authority which makes decision making ability rather difficult at times of contingency. Surely, they cannot take every matter in their hands but meanwhile various scenarios could be generated through simulator trainings.

Training of all forces irrespective of whether it is Military or civil defense is done keeping in mind the protection and proper upkeep of the environment. I say this because eventhough I have been trained as an officer in the Police I have had the opportunity to do part of my training in the Military campus as well along with them. All training facilities are made environment friendly and temporary facilities, when pulled down is done with every precaution not to damage the environment. Waste management is also done keeping this in mind.  We even have classes about the need for safety of environment. But mostly the trainings are shaped in such a way that environment protection needs and methods are automatically inculcated in them. Especially  in Police forces since their primary objective is to protect the life and property of citizens. A certain percentage of this objective is automatically achieved if environment protection policies are implemented properly.

of course they did but it is not the matter of training only, organization should include more technology in self protection .. include overseas training .. competition with foreign officers ..

give the chance to more officers to share in the UN troops ..

also, they should be well evaluated upon their skills .. educational and personal skills should interfere  in the selection of work places .. not through unknown criteria ..

if the police Officer is selected well to fill a position then you will find all their duties are done accurately >>

thanks a lot for your great question ...
