1.  In an Excel file, select the row or column or the array from which you want to find the duplicate entries.

2.  Under the home tab, you will find "Conditional Formatting" click on it and there you will find at the top "Cell Rules"

3.  Navigate your mouse cursor to Cell Rules and a sub menu will open. You will find "Duplicate values in that menu. Just click it and the duplicate digits/numbers will highlight automatically.

More easier way is to use shortcut key, Press the shortcut keys after selection of the cell or coulmns or both.

The key is

ALT+H+L+H+D

and hit Enter

you can use Remove Duplicate Values command in the Data tab Data tools group.

if you want something else you can sort the data base on the column that you would like to remove duplicates from, then select all rows then delete.

Hope this helps you
