Further to my brother Omar Saad Ibrahim, it will reflect through his/her decisions that how much he/she is strong as well relationship with his/her team.
Everything OMAR said, and then some:
- lack of emotional intelligence
- lack of courtesy in conversation (at worst yelling at people and showing utter disrespect to another human being)
- inability to interchange STICK and CARROT (inability to give praise for job well done, and overuse of criticism)
- lack of genuine care for employees
- not understanding that any manager's output is the SUM OF EMPLOYEES' output
- believing him or herself to be the smartest person in the universe (narcissism - a mental illness at worst)
- openly preferring some subordinates over others based on work-irrelevant criteria like sex, appearance, whether a person is introvert or extrovert, whether a person is connected to influential people or not etc
- lack of personal integrity
Agree With Mr. Omar on his answer
