Admin people constantly face challenges as follows:

  1. Always pressed for time....... with so many jobs of different nature.
  2. Everybody needs everything urgently and then you have to prioritize accordingly.
  3. In spite of prior planning, new tasks will pop up as soon as you enter  the office  and so you  have to compromise with your initial planning
  4. A lot of small but important jobs you need to handle or  supervise.
  5. You need to be master of so many things like transport operations, facility management, property management, Air travel, conference management, security management, Human resources and Information technology. You need to study a lot to survive  and make a lasting change in the office.

The number one challenge we usually face in administrative position is when there is a constant change in the administration position. Every time someone new came from a Higher Position, we need to adopt from his/her new policies and new routines but as someone working in an administrative department, you must be fully aware and flexible enough to adopt in new challenges.
