In managing employees ,why is it important to have at least a background knowledge of Human Behavior in an Organization?

Managing a bunch of people and making them associate with one common cause needs soft skills. knowledge of basic human traits and psychology helps you do this in a better and effective way.

We are human beings and every action has a reaction , so is very important we have a wide culture and knowledge about human behavior , for many reasons first our behaviors depend for our environment , The society in which we lived in it, friends , school , religion, Habits , traditions , different nationalities ,all these reasons and more ,  If we dont have wide knowledge and culture ,How do we deal with all these complex factors? so for these reason should be Know at least some principles about human behaviors .
